"The Poseidon adventure" remake****spoiler***** on Sunday night
It's not a giant wave this time that flips it, it's a "terrorist" bomb. oy. there is also a remake coming to the big screen this summer. Why can't they leave well enough alone?

4. It costs too much to hire or employ writers.. remaking something
that was a hit the first time of around is Hollywood's way of making easy money. Lame.

6. That sucks. The wave was the best part of the movie!
A giant squid turning the ship over and eating the people falling out would have been really cool too.

But a terrorist bomb? Who pulled that one out of their ass?

7. I'm Watching It Right Now
I can't believe they *letterboxed* it! Hee hee.

I'll miss the wave, big time. Terrorists suck, but it wouldn't be The Poseidon Adventure if there weren't some major cheese involved.

16. He's a good dude. Always like to see him get a nice paycheck....
He really should have had a few more memorable roles besides the Hitcher and Bladerunner. Soldiers of Orange was a cool flck... about the Dutch resistence.

17. That one was so long....
It was doing that thing where it looked like it would speed up and then slow down.

18. I turned it on, thought it was an ad. Rant on "terrorist" bomb
a terrorist bomb? Why are there not any regular bombs around anymore, why do they all have to be "terrorist" bombs? Is a non-terrorist bomb any less terrorizing than a terrorist bomb? What does this mean beyond BOOOO! bs?

19. I agree
I'm so tired of tv shows and movies focusing on "terrorist attack" hype. How many of them have there been in entertainment since 9/11? It's utterly foolish the way they hype it up, just to give people the impression we're more at risk than we really are. Then when Der Fuhrer Chimpy gets on the airwaves babbling about "The War on Terror" sheeple actually think we need it. :eyes:
