1. We are having nice weather in Houston, 47 right now, 37 later on.

I have my woodburning stove going, just love the smell and sound.

Earlier I was outside on the deck watching the moon, I just love this time of year.

2. It is colder than a WELLDIGGERS ASS out there

at least the wind has died down somewhat. I just about froze my cojones off walking to work yesterday.

(btw, cojones is Spanish for "co-hoe-nays")

3. I finally turned the heater on tonight.

However, it hasn't turned on yet. It's set at 66.

My desktop weather program is saying 34°F but I feel colder. It's supposed to hit 24°F before the night ends. I know one thing. It's colder than a Republican's heart outside tonight.

Well to go to work and shopping. And today was the nicest of the last couple. As long as it's not blowing a cold wind I'm ok. I just dress warm.
