Sad Wings of Destiny
You either know, or you're missing out. It's just that simple.

1. That's one great disk.
Victim of Changes packs an enormous riff. It's one of the Priest's heaviest albums. Good stuff.

3. Hey MrSlayer!

Ain't seen you in awhile.

Does Slayer have a song called "War Epitaph" or something similar? I think it was from around the time Kerry King got really serious about his guitar playing.

I know your a Slayer guy, but the new Priest DVD is fantastic. 35 years of practice has paid off for those guys. Tom Allom produces it and that really hits the spot. I think a lot of the "classic" Priest Sound came from working with Tom Allom.

KK's solo in Victim of Changes on this tour is simply epic--and I've seen a lot of guys playing a lot of solos! I caught the show here in St. Paul and must say this DVD does shockingly good job of capturing the feel.

4. What's up dude?
I'm around late at night again due to my work situation.

The Slayer song is called "War Ensemble" and is on the "Seasons in the Abyss" album.

I caught Priest earlier this year on tour and man they were fantastic. I can't believe how great Halford still sounds, he was crushing the high notes like it was 1984 again and the band was super tight. I have the DVD on my Christmas list so I expect I'll be getting it then but your recommendation has me wondering if I should just go grab it now.

Rock On.
