1. Deep fried until crispy and then immediately rolled in Frank's.
Nothing on the wings but a little spice. Served with rice or ranch dressing.

2. Hubby and I went out and I ordered some Thai style wings
They were nuclear....but not at first.

I ate a few and took the rest home.

My husband who really likes spicy food, tried them the next day and they were too hot for him (and he grew up eating spicy Thai food).

I love 'em, especially hot! I especially love hot buffalo wings from Pizza Hut!

4. Two versions, hot and atomic
both start the same

Place a couple of pounds of wing pieces evenly on a lightly greased cookie sheet

sprinkle with half of this:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp of cayenne (or more if you want deadly - this is where the actual heat comes from)

Bake at 450 for 15 - 20 minutes, turn and sprinkle rest of seasoning over. Bake for 10 more minutes or until crispy and done

Place in a big bowl and poor a mixture of 1/4 cup of red pepper sauce (Red Devil, Lousiana, Tabasco etc) and 2 Tsp of olive oil. Toss and serve with (well refrigerated) blue cheese or ranch dressing, cold crispy carrots and celery sticks and lots of icy cold beer.

Atomic version uses lots more cayenne and green habenero sauce.
