I sooooo love being the parent of teenagers!

The two, 18yo girl, 16 yo boy, have been bickering all week. It has gone from not speaking to one another to calling each other names. (sadly some swears on the part of the boy) I also think the boy is more responsible for the conflict, but haven't said this because he will play the favorite card. Tension has been high.

Son just got a call from his buddies to play poker at our house. Clean your room and make up with your sister, I said. Room was cleaned, hugs exchanged between the siblings. Two minutes later, phone rings, the boys can't make it because the roads are too icy.


I just love life right now.!

Actually, had a horrible accident in Maine yesterday with eight teenagers...told the kids about it and I could tell they were scared...

11. My sister used to beat me all the time, then we became friends...

as soon as I got bigger than her. She also used to always eat all the creme out of the middle of the oreos and put them back in the cookie jar, teeth scrape marks and all BTW.
