Because pickled jalapeno peppers are the best.

They could call it a Jalapickle,*

It could be the greatest to go with cheese, corn, pork, turkey, quail, deer, moose, vegetables, grains, fruits, milk, beef, beans, chicken, legumes, fish, seeds, beetles, nuts, peas, sprouts, tofu, yogurt, water, etc. . . . .
