I've had a very rough day
Twisted my ankle, now its swollen ;(

One of the cats peed on the bed (they are showing their displeasure with me adopting another cat ;(

Had a meeting that lasted from 10:30 until 4. Didn't even stop to eat lunch. The finished product, plus attachments, wouldn't print. Fiddled with it until 4:30 and finally said the hell with it. It will still be there Monday ;(

I need a hug

6. Oh no!
That's horrible. I heard they did that to state workers in Texas.

Here, there are enough to go around.

8. Read about that in another thread but want to say here: SHAME.
On the former employer, of course.

To quote a great American, "Some things are NOT an email. Some things are a conversation."

9. Tough day. You need some good vibes.

This works for me to get clear and have some peace. See/ feel or tell yourself you're in a perfectly formed circle, comfortably large. You don't have to spend a lot of time with this although the more time you spend, the more peace you manifest. You can either stay with this image, don't forget to breathe normally, or you can move on once you've got it set up to seeing yourself, in your circle, in a comfortably large, perfectly shaped egg. Fill the egg with gentle golden flame. Sit back and breathe normally as the flame transmutes what you're going through and holding onto. Be sure to send this gentle energy throughout your body and when you've cleared the gross stuff, see the cats in their own circles and spheres with their own flames. Repeat as needed.

Once the grosser energy of the day dissipates, you can continue using this imagery to clear deeper stuff. Caution: if you go into it with the intention of clearing, you very well may block stuff that's ready to be released. The way around that is to just do the imagery and reflect on the results afterwards. :)

Damn cats!

I came home last weekend after my first week of training was done. Sunday night I get my suitcase off the floor to pack for week 2.

Kiko had pissed on it. x( We went out to the store so I could buy a replacement. LUCKILY for him, the suitcase was empty when he did that.
