OMG, I've reverted to childhood

I'm watching Batman Begins with my son and a friend of his. We've gotten in to this long conversation over who would win in a fight between Batman and Superman. I vote Superman all the way. :P

The Batman is a man of science. He wouldn't charge into a battle with the man of steel without a plan. He would so have the Krypton researched and hit him in his weak spot.

Batman isn't a super hero, he has no super powers. Superman would just rip his head off. Or if Batman gets smart and tries to introduce kryptonite into it he can burn him with heat vision from a distance or freeze him. It's no contest.

...for the express purpose of letting Batman kick his ass in case he, Superman, ever went crazy.

Of course, this was after Batman kicked Superman's butt fair and square, with only a little Kryptonite-fueled suit of power-armor to aid Batman out.

I wonder whatever happened to all of those comic books I read as a kid?
