4. Me neither,
My muse has left me, my mule went lame.
Lost my money in a poker game.
Windstorm came just the other day,
blew the house that I lived in away.

I'm havin so much trouble,
SO much trouble,
so much trouble I'm about to lose my mind.

15. It is a meager existence,
bereft of joy or music or girls on scooters.....

But, there is plenty of alcohol.

9. I have not seen it,
but the redundant redundancy of a thread about Threads would be repetitive and repeating itself. Which is not a bad thing, nor is it a non-good thing.

I think I just made my head hurt....:hi:

12. But first,
one would have to unlove them.

And that would make someone cry, which would make someone else cry, and then I'd cry, and then everyone would cry.

I like it.

11. That could work,
but if the poem could be put to music, then it would become a lyric thread, and I read somewhere that not everyone likes a lyric thread.

I like lyric threads.

My original poetry is quite sucky, by the way.

Dental floss threads may lead to bodily functions, and that is a major no-no.

Saliva is so...distateful to some, and plaque is like garlic to a vampire.....

32. Or one with a Guiness joke.
Brenda O'Malley is at home making dinner when Tim Finnegan arrives at her door.

"Brenda, may I come in?" he asks. "I've got somethin' to tell ya."

"Of course you can come in, you're always welcome. But where's my husband?"

"That's what I'm here to be tellin' ya, Brenda. There's been an accident down at the Guiness brewery."

"Oh God no!" cries Brenda. "Please don't tell me..."

"I must, Brenda. Your husband Shamus is dead and gone. I'm so sorry."

"How did it happen, Tim?"

"It was terrible, Brenda. He fell into a vat of Guiness Stout and drowned."

"Tell me true, Tim. Did he at least go quickly without sufferin'?"

"Well, no Brenda....no. Fact is, he got out three times to pee."

Kinda like Seinfeld.....
