It's..... BACON!!!!

On Friday, I allow myself the luxury of a really big breakfast--usually a veggie and cheese omelet and a side of bacon.

Last week, the cafeteria ran out of bacon. I was very distraught.

Today, there is bacon again.

It was warm enough for an outdoor run, and there's bacon. All is right w/ the world.

So how is your day going?

So long as, you know, you don't love it so much that it gives you a heart attack. Seems like all the best things wind up killing you in the end. x(

The good news is that my cholesterol tests always come up great (between a really good diet and a lot of exercise, there should be good results)... so I can enjoy my bacon.

When I was in Israel, it was pretty hard to come by (illegal to raise pigs on the land of Israel, etc), BUT, I splurged one weekend in Jerusalem and stayed at the American Colony Hotel and they had BACON!!

My Friday sucked, had to stay home to get a new water heater installed.
But I got to spend some good time with my daughter, always worthwhile.
