I had my van detailed yesterday and it looks
(and smells) brand new....

A lot cheaper than getting a new car.

Just thought I would share.

1. Yeah? So How Much Did It Set You Back?
I'm guessing $100.00.

2. $150.
But, the kid came to my house with a truck with a huge water tank on it, so he didn't use my water.

He spent three hours cleaning it and it looks amazing. I have had it for five years, but it only has 50,000 miles on it, so I can't really justify getting a new car. Nothing wrong with it, but I was getting a little tired of the sweaty teenage boy smell and the sticky cup holders.

3. let me ask you something, did they buff out the paint as well?
i'm thinking of getting my husbands car detailed for Christmas, he's really hard to buy for and he has some surface scratches on his car that need to be buffed out.

4. Yes.
Not kidding, except for the damage to the front end when someone backed into me last year, (really minimal, not worth getting fixed at this point), it looks new. The paint looks like he repainted the whole thing.

If I had known getting the car detailed would have these results, I would have done it a long time ago.
