Jailed Man Accused Of Threatening Waukesha County Judge

An Oconomowoc man, who was serving 60 days in jail for threatening a woman, could now face six years behind bars on charges that he threatened to kill the judge handling his case.

Joseph Ridley is accused of writing the threat on the wall of his Waukesha County jail cell.

He allegedly made the threat just days after the judge denied his request for work release privileges.

Police say Ridley told them he just lost his cool and never intended to hurt the judge.
