We were surrounded by woods at the house where the party was, and my husband would just go stand in the woods to scare people. People would glance over and see him out there and they would get so freaked out. It was funny!!

The party we went to was basically a collaboration between all the bars on this one street. They closed of the street, charged $10 cover to the street and let us into any of the bars without extra cover. We were walking around on the street and these two guys dressed as ghosts saw us and shouted, "fuck you Ghostbusters!" and we busted them, haha. It was pretty funny.

85. The Last Halloween Costume I Wore Was A Wig and Dress...

... I looked simply HORRID! I could have been the Before-BEFORE picture of a guest who was on a Ricki Lake "makeover" show.

It's been over 13 years since that day... and fortunately, all the photos that documented the tragic event have vanished.

If you remember seeing Robert Preston's drag get-up in the original Victor Victoria movie... it was worse than that. Not pretty at all!

His picture was in the paper and he won a little gift basket filled with candy (which he can't eat, but his mother and I surely will). He was displayed on the back of the first page. We're so proud.
