I'm BACK!!

Probably no one knew I was gone but I am back. Had some technical difficulties with my computer back in July. It sorta melted in the fire that took my apartment building with it. Me and my cat managed to escape but everything was gone. Luckily for me I had renters insurance and my landlord's insurance company kicked in some more. It took me a while to get back to normal because all I had left was a cat, a car and some cds in the car. The computer was kinda low on the list for replacements but I just got one this week so I will be back in force.

4. Its good to be back

The first couple weeks, I swear I was having withdraw syptoms from not being able to visit this place. Its been a tough and long process to replace everything. I mean all my books, CDs and DVDs went up in flames. That doesn't even count stuff I can never replace like personal effects and mementos.

5. It sucked but in the end it was just things

They can be replaced and for the most part they have been. At least no one got hurt in the fire and most importantly I managed to get my cat Jena out with me. To me pets are family and to lose one would be kinda like losing a kid.
