I just got off the phone with a source....

8. Would it be considered a frivolous lawsuit
if I pressed the fact that one year my little red thing never popped out, and I was too scared to eat my turkey, resulting in a dried out inedible object?

11. It would be a shame though, if it popped out on a "technicality"
After all you have been cooking the turkey for over 5 hours.
