Back from my "procedure"...
The good news, nothing bad is wrong; Some prostate enlargement and some inflammation that is probably bacterial infection and for which I am getting antibiotics...

The bad news? Oh it burns! I don't think my urethra will EVER be the same!

Probably a lot longer for you. Lots of fluids and the burning will pass.

No stones? That's a real bonus.

Was it general anasesthesia, as you thought? You're typing quite lucidly.

Any way you look at it (notice I didn't say "slice it") you've had a good outcome. And there's no way to put a value on that.
