I just got a flu shot. You gonna get one?

Alas, now my arm is sore.

But it sure beats 4-5 days of non-stop vomiting, coughing, and 103 degree temperatures.

What is your stance on flu shots?

I don't react well to flu shots.

last time I got the flu shot...the shot made me sick for a few days..

3. Got Mine Last Week

I'm high-risk (as in likely to die from flu) so I get one every year.

They're cultured in eggs and in any case I have a personal and family history of adverse reactions to vaccines.

Since I've got athsma I'm supposed to get one but my athsma is mild and under control so I'm not that concerned about my "high risk" status.
