Police: Man Places Picture Of His Genitalia On Women's Cars

HARTFORD, Wis. -- Police said they have caught a man who's been putting pictures of his private parts on the cars of unsuspecting women parked at shopping malls in Hartford, West Bend and Germantown.

Authorities have been investigating eight such incidents dating back to January.

Hartford police identified the 40-year-old man after an officer spotted him driving a vehicle that matched one in surveillance video taken from one of the malls.
