I want the Cardinals to win this playoff series, because
I do not want the World Series ruined for me by having to endure seeing Babs the Battle-axe and George the Senior Idiot at the games in Houston anymore.

Kinda dulls my viewing pleasure, that does.

1. Not to mention that the Ass-tros play at Enron Field

Yes, I know, they're calling it something else this week, but as a staunch traditionalist, it'll always be Enron Field to me :-)

It'd be fun to see Tom DeLay try and throw out the first pitch while handcuffed, though

3. I want the Astros to win
because I want to avoid Card pollution here on the South Side of Chicago. It's bad when they come to play the Cubs and bring hordes of drunken knuckle-dragging scarlet-clad fans with them, but at least that damage is confined to the North Side.

5. Hey...my knuckles don't drag!
And my only Cardinals cap is the blue road cap, and red is a bad color for me.

6. You said nothing either way
about being drunken.

8. I'm not drunk...
...right this second.

I don't drink at ballgames either. Too expensive.

7. But at least they won't bring George Senior the Idiot and
Babs the Battle-axe with them.

I'd rather have knuckle-draggers than those two any day.

9. I see you've never ridden the L
on a hot summer day with hundreds of sailor-on-shore-leave redshirted citizens of St. Louis. It's memorable.

4. Yeah, that picture
of those two dried-up old demons playing tonsil hockey the other night at the game gave me recurring nightmares! Jesus! Did Dear Leader start that way? Ack! The single best argument that Roe v. Wade was decided a generation too late.

:puke:
