Hi Lady. Congrats on your success. I recently participated in a long meditation retreat and came across some information that makes sense to me though I have no idea of how well it would work for you. One of the guys is a cardiologist who's very conservative with meds. He believes that the first line of defense is personal. He told me that a vegan diet, supplemented by exercise, hydration and meditation takes one's genetics out of the picture. Btw, I was thinking about the face to face/ heart to heart exercise I passed along to you. I've subesquently come up with a very important additional piece. It'll take some time to work though I found it has *profound* results. The image/ feeling will tell you when it's subsided and you can cleanly move on either to another person or to stop. ... might not take more than a couple of minutes for each visualization. Before you set up your brother and father, I'd suggest doing it with your grandparents on both sides or what you heard/ remember of them, then your parents, then your father and brother, then you and your father, you and your brother. Here's the addditional piece: between the two people, see a wall of fiery light extending five or six feet in all directions including below them. Just sit with this image and all sorts of stuff will pass between them and resolve. Be sure to extend the energy, not necessarily the image, behind the people. I've been doing this since I came across it and I'm extremely impressed with how much powerful energy has come out of the letting go this image results in and how much lighter I'm feeling.
