13. Yes. I cook. And lunch was YUMMY!

I made "fake out fried chicken" and homemade stovetop Mac and Cheese (from Alton Brown's recipe). I have plenty of leftovers. ;)

Before you ask, "fake out fried chicken" is breast strips marinated for a while in buttermilk, then breaded with bread crumbs and grated pecorino (or parmesan) cheese. Then bake 'em up.

19. I don't cook a lot because I live alone.

Dealing with leftovers is a pain sometimes. But, every once in a while, I get on a kick where I cook a lot. Now that I have to pinch some pennies, cooking for myself is a good idea, I think.

I think I'm going to lay on the couch and relax for a while. *pats tummy*

I remember my first night here in my house. I was so exhausted, I just threw my mattress on the floor and crashed.
