2. I don't think it smells like anything,
except maybe your standard green smell. I think it's just pretty neutral filler.:shrug:

3. I will agree, I have never noticed it until today when I received a
beautiful bouquet of roses & it is Not the roses, but the white baby's breath has a very pungent fragrance.

4. What the heck has happened to roses?
All bloom, no scent. In 1973 my Dad sent my Grandmother 12 red roses and as soon as I walked into her apartment, that's all I could smell. Now you have to stick your nose right into the damn flower to smell anything. Smelling just the filler makes no damn sense.

5. You are right, the roses have a pleasant aroma if you stick your nose in
them, but please, PLEASE, don't think for a minute that I don't love and appreciate the bouquet--these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received from the most wonderful husband, they are georgeous and so is he. Maybe I will just be happy now.
