I'm back and stuffed with sushi!

It was really good. We started our meal with a couple sapporos and some edamame. We then had some wonderful sizzling rice soup and ended with some awesome salmon, eel, spicy scallop and yellowtail with some spicy tuna maki. I am sooooooo full. It was wonderful.

8. Well we live in Iowa, so I'm not sure our sushi will compare...

BUT I can tell you that we lived 3 years in So. California, tried sushi a couple times and never liked it. We found this little place in Cedar Rapids and we just love it. My fear is that if I ever go someplace like Hawaii and have perfect sushi I'll never want to eat at our sushi house here again. LOL
