There's about 10 cop cars
a few fire trucks, and some EMT's a block up the street; I'm going to take a look and report back to you on a bit..

4. OY
I'm back; the Laundromat a half-block up the block had a fire in one of it's dryers! A few people were in there and got smoke inhalation, but they look ok. The Laundromat itself is pretty crusty, which sucks, because we use it all the time.

I just happened to look out the balcony window and saw the cop cars, EMTs, and fire trucks, and I thought the Tavern across the street was in full brawl mode for a second...:)

5. Man, that's why you *always* have to clean out your lint traps,
exhaust hose and (periodically) your vent leading out of the house. Plus it is a very bad idea to leave the dryer on when you're not at home :-( . I hope everyone there is ok overall.
