1) No one supports my ideas.
2) No one gives to my causes.
3) All I do is fight with fellow "Democrats", usually mind games about who is smarter, over things that are opinion and conjecture.

I'm thinking of quitting this waste of time. DU is too conservative and I'm hated and not respected and constantly attacked. I can't talk about Israel. I have gotten ZERO DOLLARS for my Congressional candidate, and I've given plenty to others. Now DU thinks its OK for people to get thrown off planes for wearing a "Meet the Fuckers" tshirt. They think that's just fine. Go SouthWEst Airlines! Go Texas!

Obviously DU is not the place for you since no one supports your ideas, gives to your candidates, or otherwise placates your need for recognition and affirmation.

I wouldn't stick around a place that didn't meet my needs.
