My loser neighbor is mowing his dust again

His yard has been deciminated by the lack of rainfall, and his lack of trees to block the sun, and know he's going in concentric circles on his tiny rider mower.

It's really pathetic, but with everything about this guy, it's more about making noise than doing anything productive.

Too bad he is torturing the earth in his futile attempt!
