thought most beached whales are or are old!!

On edit, I'm not sure if you meant beached whale or one was spotted in the waters. I would love to see a whale swimming in the ocean. It is a goal of mine!

10. Good! I just jumped to the wrong conclusion!
That would be so awesome to see! I am going to go on a mission one day in the ocean. A mission strictly based on seeing humpbacks, grey whales, and sperm whales. They are so massive! We had some right whales off of our coasts of MS last year I believe. The whales are endangered I believe (at least this particular kind of right whale). I wanted so bad to see them but I am 3 hours away from the coast. Does your friend know what kind of whale it is?

5. Actually, Queens is part of "Greater New York"...
"New York City" usually refers to Manhattan.

6. No. I work for NYC. New york city is comprised of 5 boroughs:
Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. All of which are governed by the City Council and the Mayor of New York.
