At what age did you feel your metabolism slow down?
I'd have to say 33.

I started Strattera in June and noticed I started feeling as if I was 25 again.

A nice feeling, really.

But my body has started to adapt.

Going off the drug, to see what might happen, my body reverted to pre-strattera levels, where I was tiring out after even walking merely 500 feet.

I started gaining weight easier and have a tough time losing it. Need to keep up the strength training to prevent losing muscle mass

3. Mine's been screwy.
I went on the "stress diet" in 2001 and lost 15 pounds (and I was only 125 to start!). I gained it back. I went on it again when I divorced in 2004, and this time lost almost 20 pounds. I gained it back, and now I've got to watch it (I'm almost 30). I've been a lot more active now, though, than in recent years so that helps.

5. Age 4.
Or at least that's how it's always felt. I've never eaten that much, and was always pretty active growing up, but I was always slightly overweight at least.

12. ADD medication.
It's helped my ADD to an extent, but most of the side-effects were good ones. For me. I'm not sure it's very friendly when interacting with other drugs, however.

7. Hard to say
In the last 6 or 7 months, I have been working out regularly (5-7 times per week) and it is the first time I felt like I even had a metabolism.

I'm 41, and my metabolism is probably better now than it was 10 years ago.

8. I haven't, and I'm 48 today.
Seriously. I don't abuse myself as much as I did when I was young, but I still feel much the same as I did when I was young.

recently, in the last year or so, I've noticed it's been going up.

11. Within the past year.
I'm 41. I've never had an issue with weight, surf regularly, ride a bike to work (only 3 miles).
Over the past year I've gained a few pounds and take naps more often.
It really frustrates me. I'm not ready for a longboard!
