(Well, besides the fact that I enjoy eating, I'm short, have no waistline and am beautiful by no means. Kinda cute is the most I've ever been able to muster.)

1. Breakfast Casserole ala Hubby

French fries with scrambled eggs, green chili sauce, green beans and cheese. It was quite yummy. I am so full right now!

Layers of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, salsa and cheese!

The quickie version is scrambled eggs with the rest of the above ingredients added. YUM!

2. I'm still stuffed.

We had steak, mashed potatoes (I boil them in chicken broth rather than water :9), and a spinach and tomato salad. Our kidlets are asleep and my guy is off getting us a movie.

3. About 45 generations ago when I was in college....

I worked part-time in the features department at one of Chicago's afternoon newspapers (the one owned by the Tribune). Often I was assigned to assist the fashion editor in photo shoots.

The models were as tall as I am (5' 10") and looked almost like Holocaust survivors. For the most part, they were grotesquely thin. And that was years ago...the standards are even more stringent these days...to the point where many of the big fashion houses use 14 and 15 year old girls as their models...made up to look years older.

9. It's not *real* hunger

We got tied getting eyeglasses and Jason had to drop me off at work. I hadn't packed a dinner and he took the car, so I couldn't go out and get something.

All I had eaten were whole-wheat banana nut muffins that I had baked this morning. I did have a bag of baked Lays chips and a granola bar and a diet Pepsi out of the vending machine.

I would just like a real meal.

I thankfully have never known hunger, either, but I've sustained myself on a lot less than some.

I think I will:

Tonight, I had pan-fried shrimp with mushrooms in olive oil and butter with al-fredo sauce over linguini and pugliese bread with garlic and butter.

But, I also can cook. For breakfast, we had left over grilled sirloin steak (from last night) with eggs, turkey bacon and bagels with light cream cheese.

We eat well on the weekends and watch our carbs and fat during the week. :) Of course, we do more physical labor on the weekends, so it works out well and we're not overweight as a result (however, we're not SuperModels, either, and don't want to be!)

Ive been on a diet and am eating Lean Cuisine dinners for all meals. I cant complain though as I have lost a lot of weight since i started.
