I bet there's a whole list of untimely items spotted in films somewhere on the net. I just looked up the contrails in civil war movies and noticed that it's happened in at least two movies (the one I saw was in the movie Gettysburg).

I was looking for something subtle, like one of the clocks being fast or something.

They generally have photographers on the set taking these stills, so the bottle is probably out of frame in the movie camera, but the still person didn't catch it. I can see missing it when you take the picture, but through all the editing process and photoshopping and the people who see it, for this to slip through is priceless!

to make everything look authentic. The lamps, the office machines, clothes, even the cigarette, then they plunk the bottle down. They can edit it out, though.
