I remember that on CSPAN when Hurricane Katrina came into New
Orleans, the religious right were calling in saying that N. O. was a Sodom and Gomorrah and that GAWD destroyed that City. Just like New York and he was going to hit New York again. (I am spelling GOD as GAWD because they tend to stretch out GOD'S Name whenever they are preaching).

So I have one, maybe two questions for Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and those that believe GAWD does these things to punish Democrats because we are baby killers and love Gay People and because America is no longer a Christian Nation.

So using their religious Dogma I would ask:

1. Is Hurricane Rita hitting Texas because GAWD is trying to get to Midland, Texas, home of their president known as George W. Bush?
2. Is GAWD specifically punishing the U.S. with these "acts" because our religious leaders claim we do not support this president's views and beliefs and GAWD wants to punish us yet again?
3. Do you really believe that GOD is the cause of these hurricanes?
4. Could these hurricanes be considered "acts of nature and not GOD?"
5. Do you get all your news from Rush Limbaugh and/or Sean Hannity?
6. If you answered "YES" to question #5, then you are considered a complete idiot and do not have the IQ to even be a member of DU. CYA.
