Actually, probably not, but I still felt like putting it in a subject line. :P

4. ha.
but if no one took their kids out shopping or out to eat, you would have a whole lot of anti-social mal-adjusted grown-ups running around in 15 years.

6. ha! and i'm proof of that......

but i guess i was hell at the local korvettes, i'll give you that

7. Mine are so different.
The others are pretty easy-going.

Then there's Christian (ironic name, huh?). He's the one who's really out there and oddly obsessed with lesbians. (He's 7 by the way and the obnoxious king.)

"Mom, the word of the week is lesbian!"
"Mom, did Pat's (Finnfan) wife leave him because she's a lesbian?"
"Mom, if I'm a boy and I like girls, can I be a lesbian?"

I try to have an age-appropriate dialog on human sexuality, but he persists (sometimes at inappropriate times). Then I have to go into drill sargeant mode.

I think if anyone could go back in time and see what Matcom was like as a kid, you see something like this. (Matcom, kiss you mother.)

8. ha! when they learn something new they love to try it out.
that's pretty funny actually. my friend kid went through a stage for two weeks where he'd slap everyone in the face. he enjoyed the shock of it. mind you, he's only two years old. his mom was mortified. he stayed in a lot those two weeks, and he completely outgrew it.

5. Ha ha
flame bait! Actually, I'm not a cat person, but my husband is. After 2 friggin' years our cat now deigns to allow me to pet her. She just cuddled up to him, sleeps on his belly, does that "meow" talking when he talks to her. She hates me. My kids love me, at least.

24. I have fed her
And watered her, and gave her extra tuna fish. She just thinks she's better than me. (sigh) I think she's after my husband.

10. I actually like cats too.
My oldest kid was highly allergic though, so I haven't had a cat for years.

19. All I do is work, go to school, and take care of kids.
Then a couple days a week, this geeky dude comes to see me who says he's madly in love with me and puts up with my obnoxious kids (and occasionally we get out by ourselves). He's bringing his obnoxious kid next week too and we'll have 4 obnoxious boys in the house between 4 and 10. We will be thoroughly obnoxious together. :D

How are you? Bigger    !!!

25. Sounds like an obnoxious time!
Good luck ;)
I think your geeky dude sounds wonderful and I'm more than jealous. My dude is 4000 miles away from me. *sigh*.
He plans to come and see me in Oct. It's been really difficult, tho.
It's a good thing you didn't fall in love with a foreigner.

Your obnoxious friend...
Amye  ;)

23. Personally, obnoxiousness is underrated.
There's whiny-brat obnoxiousness: "Mommy, mommy, buy me that! BUY ME THAT!" and she (or he- it can be dads too) give in, so they keep going on and on and on.

Then there's the creative, think for yourself form of obnoxiousness. That's kind of cool.
