MAJOR UPDATE! Baby due within the hour!

Son just called...an hour after water breaking, DIL is 9 cm effaced and baby boy due WITHIN HOUR!!!!!
Poor darlin' DIL...intense...am waiting to hear more.

Meanwhile, g-daughter Cara wants to type:

Cara is still awake since she took a long nap today...dunno if we'll be over to hospital in a short bit, but more likely in the AM. Am hoping son will come home so I can go over and get a gander at the new little one. Sure hope all goes well...

PS We live in a very small rural community, so hospital is about 3-4 min. drive
