failure of power

Hmmmm. just as the story broke in LA about the power going out all over that city, the lights in the midwest flickered, then went out and then came back on.

We learned earlier that major solar flares were noted and that this would be an "exciting" event. In the past, flares have knocked out satellites, communications, and power. Could this be related to the solar activity?

And if Bush is made to look good because of this solar flare (if that is the cause) is that PROOF POSITIVE that this God person is actually a smart-assed, curmudgeonly, mean spirited, demon who thinks that saran wrapping toilets and fart jokes are the highest form of humor?
