2. Work has yet to start.......
I've been in here since a dash after 8 (it's nearly 11 now), but have done practically nothing. It's one of those days.

4. The reason that I got in early
was so that I can leave early to catch (D.v.) the end of the cricket.

Other than that - just hanging around on D.U. chatting with these most charming, beautiful and otherwise wonderful folk (such as yourself).

Do you have any good plans?

12. That sounds gorgeous
The rocket (as rucola is called in England) would give a wonderfully peppery kick to go with the pepperoni.

22. As always - I have a large salad.
Plus some chevre goats cheese to have an a couple of bagels. With fresh orange and coffee on the side.

I like to take something that's good and healthy (a salad) and then add in something to ruin the goodness of it.

26. Yes - quickly fry it on both sides
Part of it browned, then most of it runny just held in place by the edge.

I'm practically drooling over my work right now.

31. nah
as much as I love bacon it doesn't go with goat cheese. Both are too strong and will kill the other taste. Either salad with crispy bacon OR salad with warm goat cheese.

Edited on Mon Sep-12-05 06:18 AM by Heidi
for the royal portrait of khash? My choice would be Nelson Shanks, who so capably depicted both Pope John Paul II and Princess Diana.

36. I'm lucky in that regard.
I'm basically totally unsupervised - the person who is supposed to do so works even less than I do, and my boss is based at an office half way across England from here.

That said - if I don't do what I'm supposed to do, then pretty soon folk start to bitch and moan. It gets done - just not today.
