1. We used to go to a meat locker there, when I was a kid

I remember it was always a big deal because my dad would wake me up early on Saturday morning and we'd drive like an our (from Osseo, MN) to get there. IIRC he usually went there when we were having a neighborhood barbecue, and he could get a good price on bulk hamburger and weenees.

What strange things we remember from our childhood...
