I'm smart enough to know that even if you trust someone they can still let you down, and no sex, except the complete absense of it, is completely safe. Since I am a sexually active individual I think it would be incredibly negligent to not get tested regularly. Not to mention it would be a reckless endangerment of someone I have an affection for.

I don't have HIV, thank goodness for that. If I had, I'd take my own life rather than let the disease slowly kill or or live with drug-induced side-effects. Oh, the adverts show a very healthy and tan and happy looking guy, but that is an outright lie.

I will never have a date or be able to trust a guy so unless a miracle happens I will never be in a relationship where I can trust my partner.

So I've got nothing to worry about except to become cynical.

Life's just depressing, that's all! :-)
