Are the flags at half-mast for the hurricane victims, or for Rehnquist.

Why are the flags not at half-mast all the time, since we seem to lose folks to the war every single day?

but I saw a post stating that it was for the victims of the hurricane. I wanted to check that out.

THEN someone pointed out to little boots that he should have done it for the victims of Katrina also. He then announced that flags were to be lowered for the victims. Once again, a delayed response from our pResident for the victims of hurricane Katrina. :mad:
