8. Standoff
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v517/LorAnn/Wildlife/PeacockwithFawn.bmp
between a Keydeer and a peacock, taken from my balcony in the Keys. They stood there for about twenty minutes. (Well, the deer actually pawed the ground and jumped up and down a bit.) Finally, they just wandered off.
(Hope this works. I've never tried to post a picture before. If it doesn't work, I'm just going to wander off.)

Not sure why it posted as a link instead of showing up as a pic, but the link worked fine.

Now, don't you go wanderin' off anywheres, ya hear?!:hi:

9. featherstick!
Edited on Thu Sep-08-05 01:26 PM by no name no slogan
My cats have feathersticks, too, and they LOVE THEM! Last night, while I was sleeping (of course), Edgar brought the featherstick to bed. Since he couldn't wake me up, he jumped into a plastic tub next to my bed, and that's where I found him this morning, curled up on top of his featherstick.

Enough jibber-jabber. Here's some cat pics!

Leo chooses some music for the evening:

Edgar spies on the neighbors next door:

Edgar and Leo chase catnip bubbles:

Leo and Edgar after a hard days' work:

And the classic Edgar and Leo hugging/wrasstling each other:

29. We've both given up on closing the bathroom door. Richard likes
to get his but patted. Petey likes to chew on fingers. Richard & Toby both like to drink from the faucet. Charley comes in with the "big" kids - she will allow us to pet her if she's surrounded.

If we shut the door, they dig under it. So we gave up.
