2. Actually, they're selling it new for $16, if you saw a button that said

buy it new or used starting at $16 that simply means that other people that sell their books through Amazon have new copies available.

I doubt seriously you'd actually be getting a used copy.

BTW, Costco has it for under $16 if I'm not mistaken.

Not being snobby, it is just some folks read at the speed of light with huge comprehension, and that is one of my special skills just like tuning up a car is someone elses' and not something I could ever do.

4. Well, you can get it at Fry's Electronic Stores

For under 14 bucks. So, I'm sure some enterprising person bought a whole buttload and sell them for 16 bucks and charge huge shipping/handling fees.
