I hate bad movie physics
You know.. like when the good guy is lunging for the bad guy before the bad guy kills the baby or what have you.

You KNOW in the space of time that the good guy makes a run for it the bad guy coulda killed hte kid twice over.

3. my favorite bad physics moments...
in Mission Impossible 2.

Cruise and the bad guy are on motorcycles, traveling upwards of 90 mph. They turn towards each other both leap off their bikes simultaneously, collide head on, fall to the ground, grunt, then get up and continue the fist fight.

ok, lessee...90mph plus 90mph hitting at least 200 lbs of bone and tissue....hell, I got a broken collarbone inside a vehicle hit at 45 mph from the side...wearing seat belts.

4. I like how the Matrix trilogy dealt with physics
Just a "fuck physics" approach that seemed to work pretty well!

7. But at least The Matrix had an explanation...
As to why physics was pretty well irrelevant.

6. And it's getting worse as CGI is used more and more
I was just thinking tonight how sick I am of all the recent CGI super hero movies. Just because you're a super hero doesn't mean you can alter the gravitational force at will.

11. Or, Just The "Blown Away" By A Gun Thing
A gun powerful enough to blow somebody backwards has to do the same thing to the shooter. Newton, ya know!

I watch that all the time too. I taped the marathon! I couldn't watch much of it while it was on, so i taped it and watched it all evening.
