I Think it will be Buckbeak. Hes under a death sentence and Sirius is no longer there to take care of him!

I am working on the assumption that 3 groups HAVE to at least get to the 7th book intact, even if they don't survive HP#7.

1 The basic trio of Harry, Hermeione & Ron plus Neville & Ginny.
2 The Major Hogwarts faculty of Dumbledore, McGonagall.
3 The Major baddies

Dumbledore will die while fighting Voldemort, but then Dumbledore will become even more powerful, more powerful than Voldemort can imagine...wait, that's another story....

Why couldn't it be Sirius's sister (still one of the living deatheaters if I'm not mistaken) or how about Lucius Malfoy?
