It's more what I put into my body. Smoking, drinking and eating fast food all the time. Drugs used to be in the equation, but I had to give that up when I started trucking. Probably one of the best moves I ever made. I recently decided to give up drinking, but probably not after shaving a few years off my life because of it already.
