Watched "Fire Walk With Me" last night on Show TIme...
Now I would really love to see the Twin Peaks series again. Anyone know if they're available someplace? I know the first season is out, which would be a start, but what about the rest?

1. I can't answer that question
but I have the movie and it's one of the spookiest I've ever seen. I know what you mean about jonesing for a mood, though. Twin Peaks has this haunted but accesible mood that really stays with you.

Many moons ago. My husband had never seen the series or the movie so he had no idea what he was getting himself into last night. :-) From the first minute until the last, it is non-stop.

I'm going to have to check on EBay, i think.

4. Everything David Lynch-related
is a sort of over-the-top view of innocence (among young girls) that takes a serious and sudden crash right in front of your eyes. I think that he & Quentin Tarantino are particularly fond of that theme. It's hypnotizing. Even the cilche introduction of angels, horses, and unicorns make perfect sense in those movies. :)

I think ebay would be the way to go!

5. I think 2nd season is on VHS
but it's like one episode per tape, so quite expensive if you can even find them. Might actually be worth checking your public library and also see if they can do a search of other libraries around your state.

6. I have the entire series on my harddrive
Fire Walk With Me is Lynch's most underrated fuiilm in my opinion, not to mention one of my all-time favourites.

The first season is out on dvd...and the second season is coming out soon I think.
