1. MTV, not VH1.
:)

I want to see PF again, too.

2. D'uh. You're right.
I changed it.

Oddly, my channel guide says it's "The Real World" playing.

3. This was a last-minute change by MTV.
TV Guides have a longer lead time than MTV could give them.

I think my guide updates on Sunday nights.

edit: It's nice to watch it on my TV with the surround sound.

6. This is odd - seeing Daltrey and Townshend without Entwhistle.
I had gotten used to not seeing Keith Moon, but this is odd.

5. They rocked
I also like how they chose the two songs from the CSI series. May as well cash in more I guess..lol.

8. Well, in all fairness
those songs were iconic before CSI got ahold of them.

9. Yeah but
They have at least 20 other songs that are also. It was just something I noticed.
I'm not putting them down, The Who is one of my top 5 bands, but I just found it interesting. Chances are though, those two songs are probably their most well-known hits.

12. Or even Kenney - at least he could keep a steady beat.
:)

It's just not the Who anymore...They really need to give it up. And this is coming from someone who was once a bigger Who fan than Clash fan.

14. Oh well this was for a good cause.
But yeah, it's time to stop being the who - when you lose your rhythm section, it's over.

13. I think he is pretty good
Not Keith, but who is? I was impressed with their new bass player though. No one could replace John, but the guy that is with them now isn't too bad.
Ringo's son played drums for them until Oasis stole him, I don't know who this guy is.
I have to disagree with you though, I think Roger and Pete have paid enough dues to be The Who. I still enjoy them.

15. I am spoiled, I suppose.
I got to see them numerous times in 1982 when, even though Keith was gone, Pete and Roger were in their prime. And, John turned out to be one of my favorite people. The man was funny as hell! So, I think I'm being stubbornly loyal to him. My heart broke a little when he died.

16. Did you go on tour with them?
I almost saw them on that tour, but..well, it's a long story.
