8. I'm on the Louisiana Gulf Coast

and I'm not liking the way they are tracking this one. Seems to shift more toward New Orleans and to the west of the Big Easy as they update the computer models. Last time we took a direct hit was with Lili two years ago....and thank GOD it went from a Cat 4 to a Cat 2 right before landfall or there would be nothing left of New Iberia. If this thing gets anywhere near here, I'm gone....I'm not staying for this one. :scared:

Really anything can happen at this point so there isn't any need to get your panties in a wad yet. I find that weathermen are just as annoying as being trapped inside with relatives.

I live in Southern Louisiana and if it comes, it comes. All i can do now is prepare. My home doesn't flood so there isn't any need to evacuate.
