Are the Canes gonna roll right past Tech tonight? It's been a tough week for the Hokies since losing to West Virginia last Wednesday. Miami's solid and deserves to be undefeated, but I sense they are more vulnerable than last year. Been quite a day in college football already. My beloved Gators got past Georgia and have really turned their season around. Ohio State suffered quite a scare. I think VT keeps it close tonight and we see a game that's competitive well into the 4th Quarter.

1. I will be rooting for Virginia Tech
I seen a real exciting game earlier on tv earlier. Colorado State at Wyoming in the blizzard and Wyoming ended up winning 35-28 but snow was definately a factor late in the 4th quarter.

2. I'm pulling for VT as well
So far, it's close. Tech was driving, but Randall threw a pick early.

6. Marcus Vick is in the game!!!!!
Why didn't you let me know earlier? Damnit, I was watching basketball and was expecting DUers to give me game updates so I switched to the game to see number 5 playing QB. I like watching him play as well as Randall, on that subject where is Randall?

14. That was embarrassing
Miami had an EASY touchdown on a fake punt. The backup tight end, Everitt, simply dropped the ball.

Let's recap, VT scores their TD on a fumble recovery and scores a FG after the refs tack a 15 yard roughing penalty on after Miami's punt. Impressive!

Berlin helped them score 28 straight points against Florida to win, but the V Tech defense is just way to good.

26. WHAT is Miami thinking???
Playing a big game outside the State of Florida? Don't they realize how their powers diminish as soon as they hit the border? With 4:35 to go in the third, they're trailing 24-0 and starting to commit the sort of "unraveling" penalties that will keep them from climbing back into it.

..is what diminished Miami's powers, not state borders. Face it, Brock Berlin is no Ken Dorsey and Payton is no McGahee. We're lucky to remain unbeaten this deep into the season.

Arkansas QB, scrambling for his life miles from the end zone, throws a frozen rope to his tight end. Wow! Terrific throw and catch under big, big pressure.

30. Touchdown Hokies! 31-0!!
Well, there's some passing yardage. Nifty catch, despite the defensive pass interference. Okay, so the game doesn't remain competitive into the fourth quarter.
