It's a pain in the ass. It's one of those things where you wonder if people are ignoring your post, or just didn't have anything to add to your wonderful essay. ;)

13. I wonder if people who start threads realize how often people...

read them but just don't have anything to say. (It doesn't mean that it doesn't have value.)

If it's good and nobody's responded, I'll sometimes respond just so they know that someone's seen it and appreciated it.
