27. After reading MSN's series on the travails of winning the lottery,
I know that especially people who win the higher volume prizes don't have the easy time of it one might expect. For starters, the IRS likes to take lottery winners out for a walk, at both the state and federal level. Also, managing 7.3+ million dollars is harder than it looks, particularly if you've never had anything like that amount of wealth before, don't know anything about what constitutes good, responsible fiscal advice and have issues saying "no" to the twelve thousand people who will start hustling you after the news reports on your victory.

Still, I don't like hunting, or shovels, so, what could I do. At least I feel prepared to deal with the "20" million.
