Dreaming of a dying swallow--any ideas?

Two nights in a row, I have dreamed I find a swallow lying on the ground in obvious distress. I rush her to the vet. In the first dream, I thought what was wrong was just an impacted egg and she'd be okay; last night I didn't know what was wrong with her. Both dreams ended with me on a high-rise rooftop holding the swallow's dead body.

Any help interpreting it would be great!

I think they are a mix of what has happened to get into your mind and has no reason.
